I ordered this on Amazon Prime day and the pans are awesome! BUT the shipping option required a "direct signature" and Fed Ex would not leave the package without a human at home to sign for it. IF this would have been stated when I purchased the item, I would have had it shipped to my work so as to not have Fed-Ex have to come to my house 3 times to attain a "direct signature" from a human at the exact address, not my next-door neighbor or a paper release.I LOVE the Berghoff Gem pans. I have 3. My sis was impressed with my grill pan so I ordered her 1 for b.d./Christmas present! She was initially upset that I spent that much money but LOVES the pan & 4gave me. ?Not sure if this is an original berghoff product or not but it is 1000 times poorer than our original Berghoff grill pan purchased and loved for the last 10 years. Ours is twice as thick and heavy , bigger in size and the coating is bullet proof. Ours is made in Belgium. This one looks like a product made on a fishing boat in China. Went straight back.
