I liked the look of this sweetener packet holder and have no complaints about it. I'm giving it 4 stars only because it arrived broken in the box. I got a refund & I'll reorder another one, so no problem there. Just wanted people to know the inside of the box looked like whoever packed it just stuck the packet holder (which is ceramic so it is breakable) in the box with nothing to keep it from moving around. The only extra paper in the box was keeping the wire file trays I had also ordered from moving (see photos).
