Swiss Madison is a reputable company for sinks and parts. That said, the product I'm reviewing was purchased through Amazon so the instructions to contact the manufacturer sent me into a Catch 22. The product itself is very well made. However, somewhere along the line, both boxes were severely damaged. The product came in its single box without proper packing which led to the product being crushed. Was it crushed at Swiss Madison warehouse, Amazon warehouse or during transportation? The product has been returned and purchased directly through Swiss Madison web page. I'll now learn where the damage was done.
