My wife "had" a set similar to these. I oops'ed and threw out one of the knifes. I bought these to appease my wife. I'm glad I did. These are much better then what she had. The handle is longer and more robust. The blade is heavier. This is a really nice set. So I am temporarily out of the dog house.good looking, very functional and seems to be well made for the long termI love the colors of the handles, and they are very well made. A great product!I like the olive wreath design I ordered and the weight and sturdiness seem satisfactory. I am returning this set of cheese spreader knives so I can’t say how well they hold up with use. There’s a label on each knife blade that covers the inscription “Made in Vietnam” and it doesn’t peal off well at all. My main complaint is that the olive wreath design is only on ONE side. If it’s being used by a right handed person the design doesn’t even show! Had to pay shipping to get them and have to pay shipping to return them - so be sure you want them! UPDATE - The company included the original shipping cost in my refund which was processed promptly.I need some cute spreaders at a reasonable cost. The quality of these is excellent snd at the price a bargain.Pretty and very sturdy. Came in nice packaging if you want to gift it.Arrived several days early in a sturdy box. I am very pleased. They look like they are from Italy!
