I bought a black and a white version of this watch. The style is very nice and my wife likes both of them.Amazon Problems: The black watch arrived first and the white one came a few days later from a different location. The black watch appeared to be a "used" return as it was missing plastic wrap on the bracelet and crystal, as well as the plastic spacer to keep the stem from the body during shipping. I contacted Amazon about it and wound up in a negotiation, persuading me to keep the used product. Which I did.The white watch had all of the mfg. packaging and warranty cards, but the screw down stem pushes in but doesn't tighten down ( as the black one did). I ordered a replacement thinking it was defective. The replacement watch stem also did not tighten as the instructions said it would.VIVA TIME PROBLEMS: I wrote to Viva Time customer service explaining my concerns and was disappointed in the answers I received.1. Viva Time sells to Amazon, Viva Time has no control over how Amazon resells the watches.2. VT explained there were problems with customers "tightening down" the stem, so later versions has a stem that pushes in, but does not tighten. They thought the black one I received was old stock and the white one was new stock that didn't tighten. I can accept either one, but could have saved Amazon a return if they had understood the product design change and explained it to me.3. VT seemed to think Amazon's negotiation and price reduction was acceptable and generous. I am not so sure or comfortable. However Viva Time assures me they are covered by the warranty.4. Band adjustment. I paid a jeweler $40.00 to shorten the bands on the watches. I mentioned this to Viva and they said they would have done it at no charge had I sent the watches to them. I WISH I WOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT, could have save $40 and two trips to the jeweler.BOTTOM LINE: Good looking, quality watches with sketchy sales by Amazon. More information could have been provided up front to aid the buyer and eliminate a lot of back and forth. BOTTOM, BOTTOM LINE: MY WIFE LIKES BOTH WATCHES AND IS HAPPY. AMAZON AND VIVA TIME NEEDS TO STEP UP THEIR GAME!
