The music notes on this mug washed off in the dishwasher. I have many novelty mugs and have never had this problem. When seller was contacted regarding the failed product I was given this lame cop out excuse: TOP RACK DISHWASHER SAFE. HAND WASH FOR BEST RESULTS. All imprinted mugs regardless of manufacturer have temperature limits that if exceeded will degrade the imprinted image. Dishwasher internal temperatures vary widely by manufacturer and users setting.I do not recommend this inferior product and will not purchase any other items from this company again because they do not stand behind what they sell.
