Happy with this pan.Nice weight, steel construction means it takes a bit longer to heat and then retains it too.You need to heat it slowly to avoid warping.It says it has non-stick ceramic coating with no PFAS, this coating is very non stick.More non stick than other ceramic pans I've had, so somewhat concerned it has some variation of PFAS/PFOS. Like any non stick pan it's lifetime will always be limited.#EDIT: Well 3 months of light use and the pan is completely useless. Non stick coating completely gone, my stainless steel pans stick less thank this.Cant cook eggs, even simple items like chicken breasts with ample oil stick and get shredded by the pan.Non stick pans are always a temporary investment, but these pans are one of the worst I've had.It's always been looked after, no dishwasher, no scouring pads and heated slowly.
