Fits and works well on IS350. Just google around for IS350 DIY and there are plenty of nicely documented instructions on the various Lexus forums. This comes with replacement pins and clips. There are shims that come with the pads as well. I didn't re-use the factory shims. Just be aware that the pads have an inboard and outboard pair. The inboard pair has a metal piece at the top of the pad that is the 'wear indicator' (I assume it makes a screeching noise as it grinds into your rotor when the pads wear down). Also get a tool like a C-clamp to compress the pistons.
