Very quiet & great customer service!Much better than the Maio Store fountains. I was a bit confounded to put it together but it is easy once I figured it out.It is so quiet and my 2 cats love it.I thought it was running louder and the seller immediately sent me a new pump!Do not hesitate.My dog loves this tooEasy to set up and clean, my cat is a water bowl spiller, this is not a problem anymore, as it's too heavy and more stable, and the dog loves it too....I really liked the design of the bowl. I really liked the ceramic feature. The noise level was low. It was easy to assemble and seemed to be easy to clean. My cats enjoyed it. Unfortunately, my mostly blind 16 years old chihuahua had a hard time finding the water. The space from the filter to the sides of the bowl was too small for her to fit her muzzle in. Her face kept hitting the filter. I had to replace it with another one. How I wish it was a little bigger.It is a lot quieter than I expected. I like the wide base so my can't knock it over and am impressed it comes with a spare pump and filter cartridges. Also like there is no small tube between the pump and top to make sure to clean.The product itself is a nice one. Performs beautifully and quietly. The product description itself is a little odd in that the picture of the orange unit says its "(Bohemian Exotic Blue)" and the blue one says it's (Bohemian Exotic orange). Go with the picture! I wanted the blue one and ordered the (Bohemian Exotic Blue) description and got the orange one. It wasn't enough to make me return it cause Kitty could care less what color it is but if you're the kind that cares about this sort of thing then go by the picture.Little did I know that when I named a certain little tabby Gremlin he would work so very hard to live up to the name. Even for something so simple as drinking water.He can't see the water very well, so he headbutts the bowl. Light bowls flip entirely, but even with large, heavy bowls he managed to slosh water all over the floor. Plastic fountains? He would get obsessed with the sound of the motor and disassemble the fountain (water everywhere) and then pull the filter out to use as a toy. (That was amusing for all of 5 seconds.)So, I was thinking that buying this fountain might be a costly mistake. Much to my delight, Gremlin now drinks like a civilized creature (as civilized as cats get anyway). The motor is so quiet. No obsession or disassembly attempts, no headbutts, no water puddles.I am very, very grateful. Ha
